This is an on-going, coaching and support group focused on integrative nutrition, movement, environments and needs. Obtain 'perfect weight'; balance mind, body & spirit; learn what foods fuel and nourish the body while enhancing mental acuity & calm; recognize needs, feelings & strategies - without dieting or feeling deprived. Learn what Organic, Local, Sustainable, Whole, Low Glycemic & Clean eating is all about, then apply the lessons to easy, practical weekly lifestyle-enhancing practices. Transition to eating nutritious, whole food to maintain optimum weight, alleviate physical and mental disorders, and, most importantly, to feel fit and energetic.

New to yoga or yogi's of old: all enjoy this inclusive class taught to all levels of experience.
Individual yoga develops a personal practice with your unique needs in mind. YOUga may also serve to augment Wellness Group or as a bridge to group yoga.
